Although the agency has changed hands and continues to grow, the caring attention to detail remains. Through the years Michelle Hayes has been my “go to” person. Her warm and welcoming attitude reassures me that no question is too silly to ask. When lightning struck our house, she helped us get through it all. When we bought new cars, she shared our excitement and guided us to the right protection. When my husband died suddenly, and all of the insurance decisions fell to me, she got me through the decision making process. With her years of experience and expertise, I trust her to find the right solutions for me. In short, this agency has always been, and continues to be, there for me."
