She has two daughters, Kasey Adkinson and Hallie Carlisle, and two grandchildren, Max 5 and Stella 3. Away from the office, Missy enjoys gardening, shopping and spending time with her family. Outside of work, she loves to travel, especially to the beach, and is always ready for an adventure, wherever it may lead! Pam is married to Mike Lambert, the Risk Management Officer at Troy Bank and Trvst. They have two sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and four beloved grandchildren: Leo, Fox, Lucy, and baby Hendrix. Pam treasures her growing family of 10!

Emily Walker
Emily moved to Troy in 2002 from Champagne-Urbana, Illinois. She grew up in Troy, graduating from Charles Henderson High School. Emily is the daughter of Mark and Jessica Walker; Mark is the Director of Bands at Troy University and Jessica is the Math Coach at Goshen Elementary. She is married to Ricky Alexander, a co-owner of The Corner, and they have a little girl, Birdie. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going to concerts. Emily joined the team in 2024 and is currently in the process of attaining her license in home and auto. She is excited to hit the ground running and assist our policyholders.

Brooklyn Fountain
Brooklyn is a Troy native who loves helping customers make payments and file claims. Her favorite aspect of working at the agency is the sense of family that has been created! Outside of the office, Brooklyn is a sophomore at Troy University, majoring in biomedical sciences, and she plans to attend pharmacy school. She is an active member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and enjoys spending time with her friends and going on family trips. One of Brooklyn’s favorite hobbies is cheering on her Braves! Brooklyn’s mom, Neana, is a second-grade teacher, and her dad, Tyson, is a forester. She has a younger brother who enjoys playing all kinds of sports. Her family recently adopted a Micro-Mini Goldendoodle named Copper.
